Incorporated in 1996, WAY is an independent and privately owned financial services group whose principal activities are the provision of WAY-branded retail unit trusts and OEICs through the independent financial adviser (IFA) sector throughout the UK and the management of third party unit trusts and OEICs on behalf of other financial institutions.

The founders of the company are ex-Independent Financial Advisers who specialised in offering portfolio management services to private and corporate investors. They have combined their experience and skills with a number of fund wholesalers to design, construct, oversee and market, suitable portfolio solutions to the IFA marketplace. The ethos and approach to product design continues to reflect an appreciation of the requirements of IFAs and their clients.

WAY Investment Services Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the WAY Group offering a unique range of financial strategies and an innovative support service specifically designed for IFAs.

The company has developed a user-friendly range of products and services that are clearly client-centred and easily administered by IFAs. The WAY approach provides IFAs with infinite flexibility in designing client portfolios and strategies to meet their individual needs. Remuneration is designed to realistically reward IFAs for the service they provide to clients and to build real value into their businesses.
