"UCITS IV introduced a new point-of-sale consumer disclosure document..."
The WAY Group Newsletter for Financial Advisers | July 2012
The KIIDs are alright...

UCITS IV introduced a new point-of-sale consumer disclosure document to provide investors with clearer and more concise information to help their decision-making.
This document is called a Key Investor Information Document (KIID). The KIID is a simple pre-sale document giving key facts to investors in a clear and understandable manner, which will assist them in making an informed investment decision.
The KIID replaces the simplified prospectus for all UCITS funds. Our existing NURS funds will continue to utilise the simplified prospectus.
The FSA also requires us to disclose information regarding complaint handling procedures, compensation arrangements and cancellation rights to consumers, alongside the KIID in the form of a Supplementary Information Document (SID).
