The WAY Flexible Inheritor Plans available on the Ascentric Wrap platform provide the adviser with the ability to invest the assets put into trust for IHT planning purposes, across a wide range of OEICs and unit trusts. The list of currently available funds for the WAY Inheritor Plans is contained in the following document which may be downloaded. This list is continually growing, as further suitable funds are identified as meeting the necessary criteria:
i. Availability as income units
ii. A relatively low level of income yield
This criteria ensures compatibility with the objective of maximising tax efficiency within the Interest in Possession trusts. |
