This WAY Inheritor Plan provides the ability to obtain IHT savings by making exempt gifts out of surplus income into a trust whilst retaining a reversionary interest in the capital. This plan therefore enables the investor to completely remove the gifted income from their estate at the point of gift yet allows the client to still enjoy the future benefit of the capital of the trust during their lifetime if required. |

The WAY Inheritor Loan Plan offers a facility to limit IHT exposure by capturing investment gains within a trust for the future benefit of the client's chosen beneficiaries. The invested capital is loaned rather than gifted to the trust and is therefore accessible on demand by the investor. This delivers an effective IHT solution for clients who wish to retain full and flexible access to their capital for future needs and exigencies. |
