The WAY Group | Press Release: 21 April 2010

Notification of the change to a single pricing basis in respect of the WAY Global Blue Managed Portfolio Trust and WAY Global Red Active Portfolio Trust.

We previously advised unitholders of a change to the pricing basis of investments, moving from dual to single pricing with effect from 1st April 2010.

In line with standard market practise, and in line with the appointment of Sharefunds Limited as sub-administrator to the funds, we have revised this date accordingly. Therefore with effect from 26thApril 2010 the price of investments will be quoted based on a single price basis (on a mid market basis). This gives clarity to future participation in the Trusts in so far as the price at which investors may buy or sell units will be determined with reference to a single price.

In the event of any queries please do not hesitate to contact your usual Financial Adviser or your WAY representative.
