Personal Service – Our company ethos goes beyond marketing hype to include genuinely friendly and personal service with no automated call answering. All staff are friendly and competent and operate under their own names so that callers know exactly who they are dealing with. Each client firm has its own dedicated team members to resolve queries and maintain quality control.

Contractual Term – Unlike many other providers we offer a modest minimum contract term of 2 (two) years after which 6 (six) months notice can be given. We are confident of the attractiveness of our service and do not need or wish to tie clients to longer term contracts. We anticipate satisfying our clients needs throughout the lifespan of their funds.

Anyone wishing to pursue the idea of establishing one or more hosted funds will need to consider the minimum requirements to ensure a successful project and to make certain that the resulting fund/s achieve commercially viability. The main early considerations are:

Saleable Concept – To launch into the crowded funds market you will need a saleable concept for the longer term. Short term 'fad' or limited life propositions will not work.

Proven Market – It is important that you launch into a robust and viable market sector, where you have some particular expertise, and have already identified committed 'seed' money to guarantee the successful launch of your fund/s.

Business Plan – You will need to produce a convincing 3 (three) year (minimum) business plan which clearly establishes both short and longer term credibility for the project. For a fund to be viable in the longer term it will need to achieve a minimum size of some £10 million within a year or two.

Investment Management – You may require us to appoint your own investment management team so long as it is acceptable to WAY. Alternatively, we will assist you in identifying a suitable manager should you wish.
