Self Invested Pensions
Small Self Administered (Pension) Schemes (SSAS's) and Self Invested Personal Pensions (SIPPs) are, respectively, company and personal pension schemes where the contributors control the investment strategy of their pension funds.
Property purchase is a common goal of many such arrangements but all schemes finish up needing to invest in a suitable, preferably actively managed, investment portfolio with part or all of their funds. The WAY Portfolios are an appropriate medium for such funds.
